- Catlin cabin is a newly renovated (2023) chic styled open concept, 2 bedroom cabin with all the comforts of home including a hot tub that faces the lake.
- Modern and open concept living area.
- The principle bedroom is large with a Queen bed and night tables with built-in USB ports. This bedroom has a storage closet and desk for anyone wishing to work remotely.
- A smaller second bedroom offers a view of the lovely garden and pine trees. It has a double bed and a storage closet as well as USB ports for your devices.
- The bathroom is modern with a heated floor, a large walk-in shower with a rain showerhead and body jets
- A washer / dryer is in located in a storage room adjacent to the 2nd bedroom.
- The large Kitchen is fully equipped with a touchless faucet, new appliances - fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave and has an island with seating for 2. A table in the kitchen with modern comfortable chairs and seats 6.
- The living room faces the waterfront with a sectional and comfortable seating, a smart TV and electric fireplace
- This vacation rental is unique due to the close proximity to the dock and waterfront with a sandy bottom and is excellent for swimming and fishing.
- A private and comfortable outdoor living area overlooks the lake with seating, dining, cooking and a large Egg chair perfect for reading and relaxing. A heat lamp will keep you warm on chilly evenings while a hot tub overlooks the water and step away from the cabin entrance.
- Attractions nearby include: 18 hole golf - Algonquin Golf course (4 km away), close proximity (8 km) to the paved trans Canada trail system which is popular for walking, jogging, cycling along Blue Sea Lake; Mont Morrissette hiking trails and lookout tower (15 km).

The views are spectacular, the lake is peaceful and the cabin is cozy. Being the month of October, we particular enjoyed the outdoor heater on the deck, which allowed us to enjoy the cooler evenings outdoors. Benjamin: (5 stars) Amazing Weekend at the Lake. My friends and I spent a 3 night stay at this terrific little cottage. We took full advantage of the beautiful lake with lots of swimming, kayaking, fishing, and just lounging on the dock. The fire pit overlooking the water, as well as the comfortable outdoor living area were perfect for relaxing after long days in the sun. The cabin itself is clean and welcoming, it has everything you'd need. The hosts were very easy to work with; the entire process was smooth and easy. Lindsay: (5 stars) Beautiful spot! We were really pleased with our stay. Just as advertised- even better actually! Hosts were super responsive and friendly. Everything was clean, shower was great, it was so nice having a dishwasher! Kids loved being in the water and it was shallow enough to touch near the dock.
